Custom software
Customer portals, internal tools and connections between your systems. Software that fits the way your business works, instead of the other way around.
Software that fits your business
Off the shelf software works well as long as you work the way the software expects. But many businesses have processes that are just a little different. That is how spreadsheets, double work and separate systems that do not talk to each other creep in. Custom software solves that: a system that does exactly what your business needs.
What I build
Think of a customer portal where customers view their own details, orders or documents. An internal tool your team uses to manage planning, requests or stock. Or an integration that moves data automatically between your shop, accounting and CRM. I build with Laravel and Next.js, proven technology that many developers know, so you are not tied to one person later on.
Experience with larger systems
Next to Medita I work on large logistics and mobility platforms. That is where you learn how to build software that keeps working as users, data and integrations grow. I use the same approach for smaller businesses: start small, but build it so it can grow.
Step by step
Custom software does not have to be a big, risky project. We start with the part that costs you the most time or money today. That goes live first, so you see results quickly. Then we keep building, in clear steps with a fixed price per step.
What you can expect from me
You are in direct contact with me, the developer in Eindhoven who also builds the system. Every step starts with a proposal at a fixed price, so you know the cost upfront. During the build I show you every week what is ready, and if you have a question you hear back from me within one working day. If the system runs online, hosting can go on European servers, including domain, SSL and backups.
What you get

A secure area where customers view and manage their own orders, documents or appointments.
- 02
Internal tools
Planning, requests, stock or reporting in one system that fits the way you work.

Integrations
Data exchanged automatically between your shop, accounting, CRM and other systems.
- 04
Secure and reliable
User roles, backups and proper security from the start.
- 05
Proven technology

The first part goes live. Then we plan the next step together.
What does it cost?
Expect a starting point around €10,000. After the introduction you get a fixed price, so you know where you stand upfront.
Frequently asked questions
What does custom software cost?
It depends on what the system needs to do and which integrations are needed. Because we work in steps, you know the cost of each step upfront.
Is custom software not much more expensive than off the shelf?
Sometimes it is, sometimes it is not. Off the shelf software often has monthly costs per user and asks you to change the way you work. I will run the numbers with you honestly, even if off the shelf turns out to be the better choice.
Can you connect to my existing systems?
Usually, yes, if the system offers an integration (API) or an export. I look into that with you during the introduction.
Am I tied to you?
No. You get the code, the documentation and the accounts. Because I use common technology, another developer can take it over later.
Can you improve an existing system?
Often, yes. I first look at the current setup and advise whether improving or replacing it makes more sense.
Shall we meet?
Pick what you need and tell me what you have in mind in three short steps.
